All
imprinted orders require minimum quantities as
listed in the catalog. In some cases fewer quantities
can be produced for an additional charge. Please
consult your account representative for further
information. |

+ Overruns: |
Some
non-apparel items will be delivered
with as much as a 10% difference in
quantity. |

Artwork Fees: |
$40
per hour for all creative services.
Minimum charge of $20 will apply to
file ready artwork for production
department. |

+ Payment Terms: |
Invoices
due as stated: COD, net 10, net 15,
net 30. Accounts over 30 days past
will be charged an accounting fee
of 10% per month on unpaid balance.
We accept Visa , MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, cash and check
as forms of payment. |

+ Returns, Claims, Cancellations: |
All claims must be submitted in writing
within 10 days of receipt of goods.
No merchandise will be accepted without
prior authorization and a return number
issued by Powertex Group. To cancel
an order before production requires
a $25.00 cancellation fee. To cancel
during production, order will be billed for
cost of labor and materials, in addition
to cancellation fee. All cancellations must be authorized
by Powertex Group. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept defective items for a full refund or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. |

+ Drop Shipments: |
For drop shipments or split shipments
add $5.00 per each additional address. |

+ Trademarks & Copyrights: |
It is assumed by factory that artwork
submitted for printing is being used
in full compliance with all applicable
laws regarding its usage. Customer
agrees to assume any liability resulting
from claims against us for service
marks, infringement of trademarks,
copyrights, patents and personal rights. Powertex and its affiliate partners retain copyrights to all artwork. Additionally, all designs displayed in this publication are copyright © 2008 Powertex Group, Inc. Duplication, modification or imitation is strictly prohibited. |
